Especially the times we live in right now, where you never quite know when you will be able to see your family again next.

It was just after Christmas, a couple of days before new years eve when we headed out to the desert.

I couldn’t imagine a better ending for 2021 than this – three generations from my good ol’ Germany reunited in Abu Dhabi drenched in honey-like light in my favourite place…

The old saying ‘A picture paints a thousand words’ is what inspires me over and over again.
